Your guide to preparing for the interview correctly
However, if you have received the call from the interview, you cannot
let the opportunity escape because it is your chance to show you and get a job
that could be the only point of inflection in your career.
Before entering the room (zoom or one with four walls), make sure it is
well versed with the following:
The organization: are you interviewing in the organization because it is the only opportunity you can see or because your goals and objectives are aligned with yours?.
Conduct research. Get more information about the
administration and read about the experiences of previous employees. Put the
effort to know if the organization is adequate for you and, if it is, a small
investigation follows a long way to demonstrate your dedication and commitment
to an employer.
Ask and get some questions: depending on the work profile for which you
are interviewing, see what are the possible questions that can be made. Read
about what is asking for your competitors. Think about the skills you would
need in an employee.
Order your logistics: this is simple. If you are giving the interview physically, are you well dressed and you have cleaned well? Do you have your necessary documents and credentials ready? It does not appear in the interview room.
However, if it is a virtual interview, do you have a stable Internet
connection with a functional microphone, camera, and speakers? Clean well is a
must here too. Also, do not forget to get rid of the background noise if any.
Get to know your routes: If you have to get physically to a place, check
the route for you and do not miss your flight if that is what you need to get
to the place of the interview. Punctuality is the key!
Sleep a good night: The night before the big day, choose yourself and
your well-being. Eat your favorite food, play soothing music, believe in
yourself, and sleep a bit. You cannot wait for a good interview with
half-themed eyes and an irritable state of mind. Do not make scenarios in your
mind and go to give you 100% in the interview room.
Keep curiosity: Do not let employers bombard it with questions, ask for the company and ask about the team you will work with.
Find out what skills they need to grow and what are some challenges they may face. Also, do not forget to ask them what your five-year plan may simply occupy any other query you may have.
Do not feel ashamed and ask the questions so that your potential
employers know that you are reversed. However, listen carefully, and once your
employers are held with their questions, only in case you move on to your
questions.
